Moments of You means a style that captures the events of your day, the individual moments, the emotion, the preparation, and the joy. Your pictures will tell the story of your day in a way that someone viewing your album will feel like they were there, too. With at least two photographers, we have the ability to get the shots that a single photographer might miss and we can capture the big events from more than one angle, giving an almost cinematic feel to your pictures. We start our day when you arrive to get ready and continue until we've covered your departure.

This doesn't mean we won't have you pose for pictures, if that is what you would like. Unlike some "photojournalistic" wedding photographers, we will also shoot the traditional, formal pictures of you and your wedding party, with a style that goes beyond that stuffy, boring look. Our methods allow us to blur the lines between "traditional" and the more modern "photojournalistic" style. We can even set up posed groups of your guests and, if you would like, have ways for them to have their pictures before they ever leave the reception. (Contact us for details.)

We take this same approach with your engagement and bridal photos (if you decide you want them). Our sessions are never stuffy and boring like you might expect from a typical portrait session. We do our best to make them fun and lively. Happy people take wonderful pictures and we work very hard at making you as comfortable as possible.

This is your day and your wants and needs are very important to us. Both photographers will meet with you prior to the wedding and discuss your wants and desires well in advance. Our goal is to establish a bond with you as a couple, so that by the time of your wedding day, we are essentially just two more of your guests. We are as excited about this special day as you are!
